Anteneh Tesfaye Tola is a registered Architect in Ethiopia, member of the Association of Ethiopian Architects, as well as a doctoral candidate at TU Delft Department of Architecture. For more than 10 years, he has been an academic staff member at the Addis Ababa University EiABC, where he headed the Chair of Architecture and Design II and was involved in teaching, research, and community outreach projects. Additionally, he participated in the 2014-16 master plan revision works for the urban design development of Addis Ababa’s main city center, taking on the role of project manager within the consultancy engagement of the institute. His research focus lies on issues of rapid urbanization and social equity, analyzing physical and spatial patterns of coexistence of different uses, social classes, and ethnic identities in the inner city of Addis Ababa.
