Zekarias Sebsbie is the director of project study design preparation and follow up directorate at federal housing corporation. The corporation is mandated in constructing and administering rental housing in the two chartered cities (Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa) of Ethiopia. Previously Zekarias worked as practicing professional Architect in various institutions. Among which are Ayat real estate, Addis Ababa housing development project office and MH consulting engineers and architects. His role was chief architect, desk head and project manager in the respective organizations. In practicing design, management and leadership he has gained an experience of over two decades.  Zekarias graduated from Addis Ababa university with BSC degree in architecture and urban planning. participated in major national projects in the country. To mention some projects like AYAT real estate, Addis Ababa condominium housing, the industrial parks and university capacity building projects of the twenty-three new universities.
